Senator Wilson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Health and Social Services Senate Committee                                                                     
Substitute offered on page 1809. Senator Begich objected, then                                                                  
withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, SENATE
